Dear Ms. Bartle:
Pursuant to Section 111.012,Florida Statutes, Please accept this letter as notice that a Testimonial will be held
in honor of City Mayor-Elect Mitchell Reeves election to the position on November 9, 2015 at Atlantic Beach
City Hall.
I am Chairing the Installation Committee and also its Treasurer. My address is shown above and I can be
reached at 904-864-8101. An account for the testimonial will be established following the receipt of this notice
by the City. The account will be at Jacksonville Bank, 560 Atlantic Boulevard,Neptune Beach,Florida 32266.
Our Committee will be raising funds solely for the purpose of holding the Testimonial in honor of Mr. Reeves'
election to the Mayor of Atlantic Beach.
In the event that any funds remain after the payment of expenses for the testimonial the funds will be returned to
the contributors or donated to an appropriate charity in accordance with Florida law.
