Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs, Section 303.1 Swimming Pools. Swimming Pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and in good repair. This letter requests that the noted violation be corrected by cleaning and maintaining in a clean and sanitary condition the swimming pool and call to schedule an inspection to verify compliance with this requirement within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or after August 23,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s) on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
