Swimming Pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and in good repair. This letter requests that the noted violation be corrected by cleaning and maintaining in a clean and sanitary condition the swimming pool and call to schedule an inspection to verify compliance with this requirement within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or after November 17,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s) on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for continuing violations. Vendor will add chemicals to remaining water to prevent mosquito infestation. HUD cover consist of a 2x4 frame covered with wire mesh to prevent anyone from falling into the pool. Please advise if this is satisfactory as this is the only kind of pool covering bid I have ever seen submitted to FNMA. If okay, I will have the bid resubmitted to FNAM asap.
