Chmura Ohara 901 Ocean Blvd. Unit 51 Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 RE: Notice of Violation—International Property Maintenance Code, City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances Overgrown Lot—0 Club Drive, Lots 2, Club Manor RE#170317-0000 Case #55111 Dear Ms. O'Hara: Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, International Property Maintenance Code adopted to wit: VIOLATIONS Chapter 12, NUISANCES Section 12-1(b)(1 1). For any person or business to allow vegetation other than cultivated plants, shrubs or trees to exceed a height of more than twelve (12) inches on any developed lot, or within twenty (20) feet of any occupied residential property, business property, or city right of way. (Property rear corner overgrown) This letter requests that the noted violation be corrected by mowing the overgrown property and weeds and removal of overgrown under bamboo within ten (20) foot around the perimeter of the lot referenced, maintain mowed and call for an inspection to verify compliance within ten (10) days of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or before August 29,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
