Dagley 550 Camelia Street Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233-2520 RE: Notice of Violation—City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances,International Property Maintenance Code,Motor Vehicles 550 Camelia Street,Lots 1 to 6,Block 121 and Lots 1 to 6,Block 122, Sec H,Atlantic Beach RE#170897-0000 CASE NO. 89111 Dear Mr. Dagley: Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in violation of City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, International Property Maintenance Code Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles to wit: VIOLATIONS Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles"No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked or kept or stored on any premises,and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair,major disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled". (Blue Ford Truck,inoperable,unlicensed,stored behind shed) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the inoperable, unlicensed Blue Ford Truck stored behind the shed within ten(10) days from receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or before December 28,2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
