(Red Dodge Truck invalid tag) This letter requests that the noted violations by removal of the unlicensed Red Dodge Truck within ten (10) days from receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or before January 4,2012. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
