Dear Ms. Walton:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, International Property
Maintenance Code Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles to wit:
VIOLATION
Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked or
kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair,major
disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled". (Tan Lexus, expired tag,
inoperable)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the inoperable,
unlicensed Tan Lexus within ten (10) days from receipt of this notice. (placing a cover on
the vehicle is not compliance)
A re-inspection will be done on or before February 7,2012. To avoid having this case be
referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in
compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code En rcement. The Board
may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day or annti violations.
