Summary for work completed
• Front gate installed by Duval Fence, Inc. (proposal/contract attached)
• Gate is planned to be non-operable. (please advise if we are required to provide gate details if
non-operable)
• Rear of the property,the current 8 foot fence was in poor condition and was replaced with a
new 8 foot fence. (proper permit not filed) After notice that it was not within current code the
fence was cut down to 6 feet per request. (highlighted in pink)
• The current tennis court was removed and volley ball court was installed (behind the pool)
• Additional chain link fence was installed around the back of the property(highlighted in yellow)
• After the FRONT gate was installed at the front of the property we learned that we needed to
open both sides at the front corner to allow for access and for emergencies. (may need to
remove additional pole with guidance and request)
Please take a look and let us know what needs to be corrected to complete the outstanding
fence/permit issues.
The permit issue with the windows will be handled within a separate matter.
