4 I am writing this letter to clarify the swimming pool permit submission from Phillips Builders for
1241 Ocean Blvd. The plans that were submitted are dated June 9, 2015.
The submitted swimming pool permit application reflects an erroneous version of the site plan
design. This site plan for the swimming pool permit was simply submitted in error and did not
match the site plan for the original building permit and plans that were approved by the City.
However, the submission regarding the swimming pool plan itself is unchanged. There are only
minor revisions, which slightly reduced the lot coverage.
The resubmitted drawings for the swimming pool permit application along with this letter now
show the swimming pool plan in accordance with the stamped and approved site plan from May
2014. The revised calculations yield 48.4% of lot coverage. The swimming pool has now been
inserted correctly in the original and approved plans.
