Approve the award of Bid No. 1516-02 -Annual Contract for Polymer to Fort Bend Services at a cost of $1.1 0 per pound. D. Approve the award of Bid No. 1415-07 "Utility Contractor, Annual Service Contract" to Gruhn May, Inc. 5. Committee Reports A. ORDINANCE NO. 20-15-135-Introduction and First Reading AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2014 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2015 FOR AMENDING THE GENERAL EMPLOYEE PENSION BUDGET TO PROVIDE FOR INCREASED RETIREMENT DISTRIBUTIONS, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 1 8.
