BACKGROUND: The 90-day calendar is inc lu ded on the agenda for the purpose of settin g
meeting dates, determinin g the location , time and whether or not to
videotape specia l meetings an d wo rks hops if the Commission desires.
The rolling 90-da y calendar wi ll be revised after receiving input from City
s taff and the Com mi ssion and will be included in each agenda for
cons id eration.
Special notes:
• There will be a Commission Workshop at 5:00 pm on November 23'·d to
discuss the Technical Advisory Committee Appointments and the
pro cedures for Com mi ssion Meetings with the new Comm ission.
• Town Hall Meetin g is tentati vely schedul ed for Saturday , .Janu ary 9111 at
th e Jordan Patk Community Center fi·om 10 am to noon.
BUDGET: None
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the 90-Day Ca lendar for December 2015 through February 2016
