When resubmitting corrected sheets, please provide a written narrative letter responding to our comments and directing the plans reviewer to where the changes have taken place. Revised sheets should be clouded clearly showing areas were changes or corrections have occurred. If this is an electronic submission please make sure that written narrative is submitted under correspondence. Failure to provide response letter will result in a return for corrections plans review submission. 2) Please include in your code summary reference of applicable Fire Codes to those currently adopted. Florida is currently using the 5th Edition of the Florida Fire Prevention Code. 3) Provide life safety plan to include arrangement of means of egress to include all the following if applicable: 4) *dead end corridors measurements 5) *common path of travel measurements 6) *total travel distance to exits 7) *markings of means of egress to include tactile exit signage. 8) *emergency lighting 9) *fire extinguisher placement 10) *Identify all area or rooms"uses" and provide occupant load which will be determined by floor use areas divided by the applicable occupant load factor per table 7.3.1.2 of NFPA 101. 11) What will the building use be. 12) Provide exit door tactile signage (Braille) per N.F.P.A. 101,7.10.1.3. 13) Provide light-frame truss-type construction identification signage per FAC 69A-60.0081 or written verification from a licensed architect or engineer stating that such structure does not meet the definition of 69A-60.0081. 14)Per NFPA101,38.2.4.6 A single exit shall be permitted for a single-tenant space or building two or fewer stories in height,provided that both of the following criteria are met: (1)The building is protected throughout by an approved, supervised automatic sprinkler system in accordance with 9.7.1.1(1).
