1. Height: Please show the overall height of the structure as measured from grade to the tallest point.
2. A/C Location: All mechanical equipment is required to be at least 3 feet from all property lines within
the Atlantic Beach Country Club. Please show that this requirement is being met.
3. Eave Projections: Projections into side yards are limited to 24 inches. Please that eaves and other
projections do not exceed 24 inches into the side yards.
