ORDINANCE NO. 20-15-135 – Public Hearing and Final Reading AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2014 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2015 FOR AMENDING THE GENERAL EMPLOYEE PENSION BUDGET TO PROVIDE FOR INCREASED RETIREMENT DISTRIBUTIONS, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 8. Miscellaneous Business (Discussion only) A. Request for use by exception (15-UBEX-1069) to permit establishments for heavy automotive repair, towing service or the permanent storage of automobiles, motorcycles, etc. within the Light Industrial and Warehousing (LIW) Zoning District at 325 Mealy Drive.
