This letter is to inform you that your Building Permits 14-0239, 14-0240,and 14-PLBG-614 have
expired and are now invalid,per Florida Building Code(FBC), Section 105.4. The work started under
the above permits has not passed fmal inspection, is considered incomplete, and will require new
building permits to continue work. New permits must be designed and will be reviewed under the
current FBC, 5th Edition.
Please be advised that the on-going Code Enforcement Case regarding the referenced property will
now be addressed. A letter from the City's Code Enforcement Officer,John Markee, is forth coming.
You can help your case in this matter by cleaning the property and removing all of the construction
materials and debris discussed in previous communications.
NO BUILDING CONSTRUCTION OF ANY KIND CAN BE DONE BEFORE OBTAINING NEW
BUILDING PERMITS.
