GENERAL EMPLOYEES' PENSION BOARD MEETING
MEETING MINUTES
October 8,2015
1. The City of Atlantic Beach General Employees' Pension Board meeting was called to order at
6:30 P.M. Those in attendance were:

2. Courtesy of the floor to visitors. Chris Jorgensen was complimentary of the board and process
involved with making decisions as a group. Jim Griffs, has been approved by the committee review
board and he was visiting to see how the meetings are run. Hudson Main and his father Steve were
visiting the meeting as part of Hudson's Civics Class.
3. Sidney Taylor and Chris Bridges of Graystone consulting lead a discussion of the portfolios
of both plans.
The board modified and later approved amendments to the investment plan as
follows:
Graystone Recommended GEPP
Largr Cap Equity 35% 35%
Mid/Small Cap Equity 10% 15%
Int'l Equity 15% 10%
Inflation-Linked 5% 0%
Fixed Income 25% 30%
Cash/MM 10% 10%

5. Adjournment — Mike Jones made a motion to adjourn the - - ing, it was seconded by Ray
Brandstaetter.
