Mr. Todd Bosco,
The City of Atlantic Beach did a preliminary review of your plans with a revision date of
December 2, 2015 for a new detached garage to the west of an existing single family home at
697 Beach Avenue. The proposed construction does not contravene any local setbacks and
zoning codes. The project will still need a formal submittal and review by all applicable staff
prior to final approval.
