Please be advised, Atlantic F !ach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City .-"Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:
VIOLATION
Violation Description
Sec. 24-163.(b) Recreational vehicles stored or parked on
any residential lot shall be subject to the following
provisions:
(2) Recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers or other
type of trailer shal' be parked or stored closer than
fifteen(15) feet fr,:i�3 tine front lot line and shall be
parked in a manner 1 tat is generally perpendicular to the
front property line := li that length is not aligned in a
manner that extenc>., ::across the front of the lot it being
the intent that recrt-,� onal vehicles, boats and trailers
that are parked fon,and of the residence and should not
excessively domin-i c the front of the lot.
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected removing the boat from the front
yard setback within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Codc 1--'nforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
