Doug— Please accept this as authorization to allow Riverside Homes to construct a brick paver driveway that will overlap
2.5 feet into a 10' x 20' JEA (underground electric) easement on the subject lot. JEA is okay with the 2.5' of
encroachment as long as the existing primary pull box is not covered or disturbed in any way. Ryan O'Dell from
Riverside Homes about mentioned the proposed drive will be offset at least 7.5' from the edge of the electric box.
Riverside has agreed to execute a hold harmless for JEA as well.
