Subject: Hydrant Fire Flow Test
Please provide proof of meeting minimum required fire flow requirements for proposed building per NFPA 1 18.4 and
Table 18.4.5.1.2. This can be accomplished by contacting JEA Scott Stevens (stevgs @iea.com) and obtain hydrant flow
test information conducted within the last 12 months and providing report with next submission. Flow data can also be
obtained by private provider as long as it is witnessed by our office. Hydrant must be within 500' of proposed building
measured via drivable fire department access road.
