is limited to mainly finish work (tile,paint, flooring,and interior trim). Several windows
and doors will be relocated and they are noted on the plans. Outside of the interior work
a new entry structure will be constructed. At this time we feel the current HVAC systems
will suffice, so no HVAC work is planned.
