Good afternoon,
I am receiving complaints about dead trees on your property at 880 Hibiscus in Atlantic Beach. The major concerns
expressed to me by the citizens are the tree failing onto person or property, or them being a fire issue due to their dry
state. Upon inspection of the trees I can see their concerns. This email will serve as your courtesy notification, I ask
please that you take care of the trees within the next 30 days. The trees are in violation of City Ordnance 24-177
section(g) Maintenance and protection of landscaping.
