person(s) shall offer or advertise a private home for rent or lease for a term or period of less
than ninety(90) days.
Property listed as a short term rental, on Airbnb we�site,with a minimum of one
night stay.
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by within ten (10) days of the
receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enfbrceme�t Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
