Correction Comments
1. Site Plans: Site Plan A-1 and the survey site plan do not match. Please revise accordingly.
2. Side Walls: Second floor side walls are limited to 35 feet in length without an architectural offset in
the wall. The second floor side walls on the both the east and west side exceed 35 feet in length. Please
revise plans accordingly.
3. Shade Trees: Old Atlantic Beach requires 2 shade trees on the property and one must be in the front
yard. Please show that these trees already exist or will be planted.
4. Pool Permit: Pool must be permitted separately.
