I reached out to all cities in Florida with approximately the same population as the City of Atlantic Beach and asked for a
copy of their attorney agreements. I received responses from eight cities, including Neptune Beach. I am attaching a
chart that I created to compare and provide a general overview. I will be happy to provide the contracts if you’d like to
read them. I will place a hard copy of this chart in each of your boxes.
I am copying the two attorneys who will present to you on March 8.
