Application is disapproved for the following issues:
1. Please provide two (2) copies of all documents, including plans.
2. Please submit Florida Product Approval sheets, noting metal roofing, underlayment,
fasteners, overhead door, and any products affected by the wind. Verify that products meet the
wind loads specified on Page 1. Florida Product Approval Numbers must show decimal places
for specific products. "R" Numbers cannot be approved.
3. Please clarify continuous uplift detail through second story deck (column to column
connection or beam to continuous column) and column to beam connection at roof beam.
4. Prefab spiral stair must comply with FBC -R 311.7.10.1.
