Correction Comments
1. Mechanical Equipment: Code prohibits mechanical equipment (A/C units, pool equip.) within 5 feet
of the side property line when adjacent to neighboring living space. Please revise accordingly.
2. Survey: Please provide a legal survey with the average calculated grade shown.
3. Shade Trees: Code requires two shade trees on every property in the Old Atlantic Beach Area. Please
show that this requirement is being met by existing trees or new trees to be planted prior to C.O.
4. Tree Removal: Please submit a Tree Removal Permit Application if any trees are to be removed. If no
trees are to be removed,then please fill out an Affidavit of No Tree Removal. Both forms are available
on the city website under"Planning and Zoning"and at City Hall.
