BACKGROUND: The 90 -day calendar is includ ed on the agenda tor the purpose of setting
meeting dates, determin ing the location, time and whether or not to
videotape special meetings and worksl10ps if the Commiss ion desires.
The rolli ng 90 -day ca lend ar will be revised after receiving i nput from City
staff and the Commiss ion and wi ll be includ ed in each agend a for
consid eration.
Specia l notes:
• A Town Hall Meeting has been scheduled for Satu rday , May i 11 at the
Comm ission Chamber. The subj ect of the meeting w ill be the Safe
Route to Schools Project.
• Appea l Hear in g is sched ul ed for Thursday , May 12'11 beginning at
9 am. (Location TBD).
• The next quarterly Town Ha ll Meeting is tentatively scheduled for
Saturday, July 16u1 at lOam in the Commiss ion Chamber.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the 90·Day Calend ar for May throug h July 20 16
