Bill Bill Ebert, AIA Ebert Norman Brady Architects 1361 13th Avenue South, Suite 230 Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250 Phone 904.241.9997 Fax 904.241.7526 www.enbarchitects.com From: Ken Carella [mailto:kcarella @ loadking.com] Sent: Thursday, March 17, 2016 12:26 PM To: William Ebert Cc: Margaret (rosealia@bellsouth.net) Subject: Carella Plans Bill, Hope you and Cindy are doing well. Please see A -1 site plan, the city planner claims that the property line on the north side of the house which extends into the lake is the "back" property line and there needs to be a 20 ft set back from that line. Our Architect considered that area to be a 7 -1/2 ft set back as is on the side of the house. She used the Traverse line as the 20 ft set -back for the back of the house, as was described on our original set of building "as built" plans from 1991. So you can see why we are confused. Let me know if you have any other questions, or if you know of any other situations like this in Oceanwalk that have a similar corner pie shaped lot and building issues as a result. Thanks for taking a look at this.
