90-Day Calendar for the Mayor and Commission

The 90-day calendar is included on the agenda for the purpose of setting
meeting dates, determining the location, time and whether or not to
videotape special meetings and workshops if the Commission desires.
The rolling 90-day calendar will be revised after receiving input from City
staff and the Commission and will be included in each agenda for
consideration.
Special notes:
" Appeal Hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 12th beginning at
1 0 am at the Community Presbyterian Church .
.. The next quarterly Town Hall Meeting is tentatively scheduled for
Saturday, July 16th at 10 am in the Commission Chamber.
BUDGET: None
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the 90-Day Calendar for May through July 2016
