to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordi iances,to wit:
VIOLATION
Chapter 24. Land Development Regulations. Section 24-17. Definitions. Short term rentals
shall mean any residential rental or lease the term of which is' less than ninety (90) days. Short
term rentals shall similarly be considered to be commercial uses as are Hotel, Motel, Motor
Lodge, Resort Rental, Bed and Breakfast or Tourist Court Uses. (Short terrn rentals are not
permitted in a residentially zoned district) Listed on Airbnb "minimum night stay for this
listing varies."
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by within ten (10) days of the
receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

become famous for.
Bring your bikes!We love riding along 1st Street for miles and miles without
the worry of busy roads or intersections!
There is a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry soap!
The kitchen is complete with dishes,pots and pans,built-in cooktop,Keurig,
and toaster oven.
The bedding is top quality with 500+count 100%cotton or cotton linen
mix.Beach towels and chairs and soft ice chest are in the unit and
miscellaneous bath products(help yourself).
Guest Access
Lockbox is available for gwest access.

I like to give guest complete privacy,but don't hesitate to ask if anything is
needed,or would like to hear stories about the area or neighborhood.

I would personally or ride a bike!The town center is a easy walk!

Not OK to use the house for business workshops,parties,or conferences.
Dogs must be house trained and please don't leave your pets unattended for
long periods of time.You must be responsible about their supervision and
make sure they don't cause any damage.
No smoking
4 guests limit.Maybe a few more if you want them on the couch,but it's a
pretty small space..
