Subject: RE: IRT two properties in Atlantic Beach
Good morning,
1202 Jasmine St.
The property was foreclosed end of November 2015 and we were able to secure it. We had to conduct inspections
(interior/exterior)to assess the condition of the property. I see that the assigned Preservation Coordinator had already
initiated a landscaping work order. I'll just send out a note to ensure that the overgrowth will be addressed.
332 4`'St.
There's currently a stop preservation order on this property so we had to reach out to internal departments seek
approval to proceed with work to address the violations. We already received that approval and the Code Compliance
Specialist is working on getting the work orders issued.
Thank you,

Subject: IRT two properties in Atlantic Beach
Good Afternoon,
I am the City of Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Officer, and I am contacting you in regards to two properties under
Altisource management.
2
The first property is on 1202 Jasmine Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. This property has been in violation since 2014 for being
vacant, in disrepair, and is exceptionally overgrown. I have on numerous occasions made attempts to contact the
previous home owner, all efforts were in vain, so now I am hoping you can help me in getting this property into
compliance so I can close this case out.
The second house, 332 4th ST Atlantic Beach, FL 32233, has been an ongoing endeavor with getting this property
remedied and it has been to no avail. Unfortunately, I received no action from your company on this property. I have
been contacting your representatives since December 3, 2015, and I have been told that this property has been assigned
to one of your Code Compliance Specialist. However, the home still sits in the same state of disrepair and overgrowth.
Additionally, the garage door lock has been busted and on numerous occasions the local police department has had to
go over there and remove squatters.
I am hoping you can help me on these properties. Thank you.

Subject: IRT: 332 4th st Atlantic Beach, FL 32233
Good morning,
1
A am'eontacting you in regards to 332 4th ST in Atlantic Beach, FL. According to the Duval County Property Appraiser,
your bank is in ownership of this property. According to the signs on the window, a company called Altisource is
supposed to be maintaining the property, and that is not happening. I have had numerous correspondences via email
with the company and they state that their Property Preservation Coordinator is taking care of the issue. However,
these have only been words and Altisource has not taken any action.
This property does not meet vacant structure requirements. Additionally, the lock on the garage has been busted off,
and the local police have had to chase out squatters on many occasions.
I will be sending Altisource a Notice of Violation today, and plan on taking this property before the Code Board, which
could mean possible liens against the property. I understand that a bank or a company is probably not going to pay the
liens, however it hinders resale.
Ultimately, I am here to work with the property preservation offices, and have been exceptionally patient in this
situation. I am hoping you can work with me and get this property up to code.
