ORDINANCE NO. 20-16-139, Introduction and First Reading AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2015 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2016 FOR APPROPRIATING FUNDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT GRANT, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 8. Miscellaneous Business (Discussion only) A. 16-UBEX -1 01-Request for a use-by-exception as pe1mitted by Section 24-111 ( c )(3 and 5), to allow on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages in accordance with Chapter 3 of the code and limited wholesale operations at 725 Atlantic Boulevard Unit 3 and 15.
