BACKGROUND: T he 90-day calendar is included on the agenda for the purpose of setting
m eeting d ates, de termining the location, tim e and whether or not to
videotape specia l meetings and workshops ifthe Commission desires.
The rolling 90-day calendar wi ll be rev ised afte r receiving inpu t fi·om C ity
staff an d the Commission a nd w ill be included in each agenda for
cons id eration.
Speci a l notes:
• The n ext quarterly Town Hall Meeting is scheduled for Saturday,
Jul y 16111 at 10 am in the Commi ssion Chamber.
• Budget Workshops are scheduled for Monday , August 15th and
Wednesday, Augus t 24th from 5:30 to 9 pm in the Chamber .
