Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found''your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances,to wit:
VIOLATION
IPMC Sec.302.8 -Motor Vehicles "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair,
major disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled". (Black vehicle stored on
your vacant property)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of inoperable vehicle
stored on your vacant lot within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

A citizen called the City Hall receptionist number last week (Tuesday or Wednesday) reporting a truck
parked in dense woods on Levy between Main Street and Mayport Road. The driveway is
tiny. When you look in there, you see the front of the truck so the citizen cannot get the tag number.
Since the truck is still there and has been there day and night, when the citizen came in to pay his
water bill, he wanted to report the truck. Bonnie called me to the counter to speak with him. He
reported the above information. After he left, Toni, who overheard him speaking with me, advised she
took the call last Wednesday or Thursday and that she gave the information to Code Enforcement,
Debbie White.
I am not sure if this is code enforcement or a police matter.
