We rejected permit as a parking pad. He talked with Nelson later and was going to extend the ribbon strips further into his yard so make a driveway rather than a parking pad. He never did and then never pursued the permit further. However, I have been watching this location and the resident is parking outside of the right-of way on private property and I declined to continue enforcement against him. Therefore, the previous basin design on the south side of the building comes up a little short. My recent calculations show you'll need a basin with 1420 cf of storage. See attached sketch for dimensions needed. You can get to the required volume using many shapes and depths, but I do not recommend going deeper than one foot. Let me know if you need this entered in CAD. Otherwise, you can as-built it for the City for final certification. It's best to have it rough-checked by survey prior to sodding. Thanks.
