(Chevrolet Camero on jacks with wheels removed creating an unsafe condition, inoperable Nissan) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by placing wheels and making operable the Chevrolet Camero and Nissan within seventy two (72) hours of the receipt of this notice. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
