Correction Comments
1. Front Setback: Please show the front yard setback measured ftom the face of the structure
perpendicular to the property line and not to comers. This should also be at the point of the structure
closest to the property line.The response to comments showed the same measurentent for the front yard
setback as the angled measurement. It is not likely that two sides of this triangle are the exact same.
Even if they are,this is not the measurement requested as it is not the comer closest to the property line.
This would be die northern comer of the garage.
2. A/C Location: The SPA text for the Atlantic Beach Country Club requires mechanical equipment to be
at least 3 feet from side property lines. Please show that this is being met or revise accordingly. The
response to comments call for the A/C equipment to be 3 feet of the property line. The Site Plan and
floor plans indicate a typical residential unit that sits on a 4 foot square concrete pad.Please show how
this equipment is 3 feet off the property line while within a 5 foot setback. Please show that an other
than typical unit is being used or revise accordingly.
