I had a lengthy conversation this morning with Leonard Nordby @ 639 Aquatic regarding a brush pile and household

items that were thrown over the fence. I told him that the city would not remove it as its on private property. y
other action I could take would be to ask code enforcement if there is anything that you wo
I already told him that there is probably nothing that you would be able to do since it is on private property. He is very
nice and has lived there for over 20 yrs and estimates that 90%of the homes are rented and they don't care. He is
worried about rats and pigmy rattle snakes affecting the little kids that play there.
If you could take a drive by or determine from the pictures attached I can relay the message.
