It's really becoming an eyesore with trash out back,graffiti, broken stairs, run down ac units,etc.The entire building could use a fresh coat of paint. Please take a look at the attached pictures. Can the city play a role in contacting the owner of the building and forcing them to clean up? I also understand that the back walkways might be on city property?They are also in need of repair. Finally,the signs on windows of nail salon, facing west, are a bright pink and really an eyesore. Does our sign ordinance help in forcing them to either take these down or put up a more attractive color?
