Correction Comments
1. Fence Location: This property is a corner lot and code requires that the front yard be the narrower side
on corner lots. In this case there are 100 feet along Begonia Street and 102 feet along West Plaza. That
makes Begonia Street the front yard by code. Fences cannot be taller than 4 feet within the front yard.
The front yard is the first 20 feet of the property. Please reduce the height of the fence to 4 or less or
move the fence back to 20 feet.
