Hello,
Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.This past Sunday, My husband drove up to Jacksonville
and cleaned the yard and took down the fence. He also talked with the tenant and informed him that he has
to keep the yard in better shape and we have also asked a friend to drive by once a month and send a picture
of the house to make sure that he keeps it up.
Hopefully,this will not happen again.
Could you please visit our home at 604 Main Street, and make sure that the yard is now following code? I
would appreciate it since we do not live there.

securing fence and make plumb or remove the fence from the premises within ten(10)days of the
receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice
must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board
may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations. Upon completing
the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and
arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
