That the Respondent Federal National Mortgage Asso owns the property located at 1365 Violet St,Atlantic Beach,Florida. 2. That notice was sent by certified mail and that Respondent was not present at the hearing. 3. That notification of the violations of the City of Atlantic Beach,were made and served on the Respondent as evidenced in this hearing. IPMC 302.4 Weeds. All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of twelve (12) inches. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided; however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens. Sec. 24-157. Fences, Walls and Similar Structures (c) Maintenance of fences. Fences that have been allowed to deteriorate to an excessive degree have a negative impact on property values and the quality of neighborhoods. Fences that are in a state of neglect, damage or disrepair, shall be repaired , replaced or removed. FENCE COLLAPSING. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW THAT Federal National Mortgage Association was found in violation for the time in violation and now in compliance. ORDER Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, and the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida it is Ordered: THAT the Respondent is found in violation for the time in violation and now in compliance.
