We are adding approximately 876 cubic feet of fill,which will decrease the volume of the creek by approximately 0.88%. 1 analyzed the creek between Plaza and Seminole only...the creek is part of a much larger system so that percent decrease is negligible when you consider the entire creek. I then looked at a portion of the floodplain at elevation 7 to determine the increase in the creek height for the 100 year flood.The height increase is approximately 0.06 inches.This height increase is also negligible if I were to analyze the entire floodplain.
