The City of Atlantic Beach requires j a nitorial services for C ity
facilities. The c urrent cont ract for these services unde r Bid No.
12 I 3-06 expires September 30, 2016. The contractor, Supreme
Janitorial Service has agreed to renew the contract for the third of
three possible re newals at the c urrent prices .
Jacksonville Beach awarded their janitorial contract to Supremo
Janitorial on January 20, 20 16 for Municipal Bui ldings and Parks
and Recreation Faci li ties, after receiving 8 compet itive bids.
RECOMMENDA TlON : Extend the contract for one final year at the current p ri ces, tenn
being October I , 20 16 to September 3 0 , 20 17 , and rebid the
contract in June of2017.
BUDGET: The current annual bid amount for janitorial services, budgeted
under various accounts, is $50,796.00.
