RE: 130 Club Drive Survey
Please note that the rear setback on the summer kitchen is recorded at the edge
of the tile on the concrete slab at 4.7 and 4.8 feet however the siding on the
vertical structure is 3.75 inches further inside of the tile edge of the concrete slab,
therefore the setback gains .31 inches and makes the setback 5.01 and 5.11 feet
respectively.
