IPMC Sec.301.3 Vacant Structures and Land All vacant structures and premises thereof or vacant lard
shall be maintained in a clean,safe,secure and sanitary condition as provided hercin so as not to cause a
blighting problem or adversely affect the public health or safety.(PROPERTVfHOUSE IS VACANT)
This letter requests that the noted violations he corrected by mowing property within ten(10)days
of the receipt of this notice and maintaining clean,safe,secure and sanitary the premises.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice
most be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforce nem. The Board
may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations.Upon completing
