none of the items listed are"code enforcement"issues. There is no phone number only a forwarding address to

We are immediately exercising our right to terminate our contract with 1085 Atlantic LLC due to negligence
and disregard for tenant safety.
1085 Atlantic LLC consistently failed to provide peaceful possession of apartment 22.
The following activities are ignored and neglected, and the community is not safe:
• Code violations
• Narcotics openly distributed and sold
• Vandalism
• Theft
• Assault and battery
• Non-resident foot traffic
• Sustained police activity
• Animals off leash
• Trespassing
• Sanitation
• Noise Ordinance
• Reckless Drivers
The apartment will be vacated effective 11/07/2016. The security deposit may be mailed to 1807 Sherwood
Lane,Neptune Beach,Florida 32266. We will pay a prorated rent amount of$256.43 within thirty days for
November only.
1085 Atlantic LLC and representatives, failed to live up to landlord obligations. With this, should 1085 Atlantic
LLC determine it is in their best interest to pursue litigation,we are prepared, with photographic evidence and
police reports to contest any action.
We will only accept acknowledgement that our contract is dissolved and we are released from our lease.
I have never experienced such disregard for tenant safety,ignorance of liability,nor seen such negligent
behavior from employees.
I will gladly speak to anyone from Avesta Communities LLC and provide additional information on how this
community is endangering the lives of its residents and has become a caustic cancer to Atlantic Beach.
