to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach,Code of Ordinances,to wit:
VIOLATION
IPMC Sec.302.8 - Motor Vehicles "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair,
major disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled'. (SEVERAL
INOPERABLE VEHICLES. VEHICLES COVERED WITH TARPS,BLACK 4 DOOR
SEDAN, RED FORD EXPLORER,RED MAZDA MIATA, DK BLUE CHEVY TRAIL
BLAZER)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removing all inoperable
unlicensed vehicles from the property within ten(10)days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
