363 12 th st - ENERGY SHEETS FORM ,8405-2014 FILE COPY RESIDENTIAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE DOCUMENTATION CHECKLIST Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Simulated Performance Alternative (Performance) Method Applications for compliance with the 2014 Florida Building Code, Energy Conservation via the residential Simulated Performance method shall include ❑ This checklist ❑ A Form R405 report that documents that the Proposed Design complies with Section R405.3 of the Florida Energy Code.
